BW Mechanical provides commercial HVAC/R, electrical, maintenance, repair, installation, and related mechanical services.
BW Mechanical may use SMS/text messaging to communicate with customers and prospective customers regarding requested services, appointments, ongoing work, billing, and customer support.
By providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receive text messages from BW Mechanical, you authorize us to send SMS/text messages to the mobile number you provide.

Estimates, quotes, appointment confirmations, scheduling communications, and other messages sent by BW Mechanical are provided in connection with our services.
Scheduling may be subject to technician availability, emergencies, weather, parts availability, site conditions, equipment conditions, and other circumstances affecting our ability to provide service.
SMS/text communications are intended as a convenient communication method and do not replace an applicable signed service agreement, proposal, estimate, invoice, contract, or other written agreement between BW Mechanical and a customer.
If these Terms conflict with the terms of a separately executed agreement governing specific services or work, the applicable executed agreement will control with respect to that work.
BW Mechanical may update these Terms of Service periodically to reflect changes to our business practices, services, messaging program, technology, or applicable requirements.
When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page will be revised.
Continued use of applicable BW Mechanical services or communications following an update is subject to the then-current Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
